The event is designed to be accessible to people of all abilities, from the more experienced athletes who want to push themselves to the limit to individuals who may be first time quadrathletes and wish to set themselves a new challenge and improve their fitness
Swim - 1 mile from Gun Hill to the quay at Burnham Overy Staithe with the incoming tide.
Kayak - 4 mile course through the creeks of Burnham Overy Staithe.
Cycle - 38 mile circular route on North Norfolk’s most scenic roads.
Run - 7 miles across tracks, sand, mud and marsh.
Friday 18th June 2010
3:00pm – 6:30pm - Pre event registration
6:30pm – Compulsory Safety Briefing
7:30pm – Supper
All contestants must check in, register and attend the compulsory safety briefing after which we will provide a large carbo - loading supper. This gives everyone a chance to familiarise themselves with the local area, transition zones, ask any questions and compare those inevitable training stories! We may even manage to get a big screen for the football!
Saturday 19th June – here we go!
8:00am - Car parks and Superhero HQ open (breakfast and refreshments available.)
10:00am - Group warm up led by Joanna Wilson-Stephens – stretch therapist extraordinaire!!!
10:30am – Board boats for transport to start of swim and Challenge
7:00pm - Prize giving followed by a Hog Roast Supper, music and dancing!!!!!
Throughout the day massages will be available for all exhausted participants from one of our friendly physio’s and stretch therapist who will be based at Superhero HQ

Gold Medals for our athletes racing at The World Champs on 7th Aug in C.Z. Congratulations to Gail King who won Ladies Overall title, to Josh Hook who took Gold in the Youth Championships, David Baker took Bronze in the Over 50's, and to Jan Skopecek for finishing a very creditable 9th in the senior male catagory.
