A great warm up to the season, a superb Middle Distance Quadrathlon with hotel accommodation next to the race venue - 1.5 km swim in sea, 7 km kayak on the sea, 40 km bike on flat closed roads, 10 km xc run in the park.
The sea can be choppy, and Kayaks can be hired through Pepe, though they are very stable and very heavy!
