British National Championships 2010
Sunday 4th July
9.00am 750m swim, 4.4km kayak, 15km MTB (3 laps) and 5km run. Age limit 14yrs.
Triathlon. 9.00am 400m swim, 15km MTB (3 laps) and 5km run. Age limit 14yrs. In both events juniors (under 18) will only complete 2 laps on the bike.
Quadrac Racing are organisers of both races at Box End Park, the Quadrathlon, and an Off Road Triathlon are both on Sunday and start at 9.00am. Toilets, showers, and refreshments are all available on site and also camping so people can make a whole weekend of it.
Age groups U18,U23,MS,V40,V50,V60,FU18,FU23,FMS,FV40,FV50,FV60 in both Tri and Quad. Goody-Bags and T-shirts, to all competitors.

The Awsome Foursome is the final race of the BQA Trophy Series on 18th Sept, a great Saturday race, so time to surf on Sunday! Also Nokia Coast to Coast on 19th Sept .. a long, long day out! So good luck to all the athletes in both races, and we look forward to their stories!
