Norfolk Superhero Challenge
Damp and Cold but everyone was smiling!

It was damp, it was cold and it was windy but the 2010 Norfolk Superhero Challenge was bigger and better than ever and a resounding success!

The Lord Nelson Trophy was won by local heroes Charlie Ward and Matt Gingell in 4 hours, 19 minutes and 56 seconds.

Congratulations to all the 108 competitors that finished the Quadrathlon which consisted of a 1 mile Swim - from Gun Hill to the quay at Burnham Overy Staithe with the incoming tide. Kayak - 4 mile course through the creeks of Burnham Overy Staithe. Cycle - 38 mile circular route on North Norfolk’s most scenic roads. Run - 7 miles across tracks, sand, and at the end just to finish you of a 1 mile mud swamp!
